Our very special blend of wildflower honey foraged by our bees along New Jersey's beautiful Musconetcong River Valley. Color and flavor nuances will vary seasonally. One taste might include hints of apple and peach from our orchard, linden, locust and tulip poplar from the river trees, and clover, goldenrod, and a myriad of wildflowers from the many open spaces found around the farm. We keep this honey in its natural state (unheated and unfiltered) to preserve the health benefits associated with raw foods.
