This is what started our jam and jelly-making obsession on the farm. When we made this jelly for the first time, we just knew it had to be shared with others. Now it is now a real crowd pleaser at our farmers markets.
Our Elderflower Gele'e is a bright and clear- just like the sunny June days when the elderflowers are in bloom along the river banks. A hint of lemon brings out the floral qualities at the center of this jelly. We love to use it on toast or over yogurt in the winter to remind us that June is just around the corner.
